Are there any hidden fees?: No hidden fees. Prices are quoted in euro excluding VAT; Belgian VAT is added at the applicable rate, and EU business clients with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged. Every other cost is agreed upfront.
Do you offer payment plans?: Yes. Typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion for most projects.
What if I need changes after launch?: Minor changes are included in your support period. Major changes are handled as separate projects.
Can I upgrade my plan later?: You can upgrade at any time. What you have already paid is credited toward the new plan.
Do you offer refunds?: There is a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the work, we will make it right or provide a refund.
What's included in ongoing support?: Bug fixes, security updates, minor content changes, and technical assistance by email and phone.
