These terms and conditions apply to all quotes and assignments of Bujorean Consulting (Bujorean Denis, sole proprietorship), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Scope
These terms apply to every quote, assignment and agreement between Bujorean Consulting and the client. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
2. Quotes and assignments
Quotes are without obligation and valid for the period stated on the quote. An assignment takes effect after written acceptance of the quote or confirmation of the order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. For pilot assignments, a fixed, pre-agreed price applies.
4. Performance
The assignment is carried out to the best of ability as an obligation of means. The client ensures the timely provision of the necessary information, access and cooperation.
5. Intellectual property and transfer
Unless otherwise agreed, the client obtains a right of use to the delivered solution after full payment. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the delivery.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount of the assignment concerned. Bujorean Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
7. Applicable law and competent court
Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where the registered office is located.
